Patented solar-on-demand kit for use in Birdbaths, Urn Fountains, 2-Tier Fountains that use integrated panels (panel is located underwater inside the fountain instead of outside the fountain) Solar-on-demand panel has a built in battery unit which allows you to use the unit during the day or night Day time use: Turn to the on (I) position and solar panel will function consistently throughout day even with passing clouds and hazy light Night time use: Turn to the off (0) position and let the unit charge during the day time.
